We Are Pendour
We are lovers of art and photography, poetry and travel. Inspired by a Barbara Hepworth sculpture and a mermaid’s enchanting song, we share our name Pendour with a delightful Cornish cove.
From the misty counties of Britain’s Celtic corners to the Great Plains of the American Mid West, the jungles of Mexico and the Castellos of Italy – to places ‘in-between’ and ‘up yonder’ – we are adventure seekers emboldened to share the vision of artists, writers, small businesses and start-ups.
Whether checking out the latest coffee corner, gallery exhibition or tropical hotspot, our aim is to offer you a unique perspective on some of the latest contemporary artworks, travel destinations and sustainable initiatives. A lifestyle revolved around art, literature, culture and adventure, curated for those who appreciate our beautiful world.

Pendour curates visual culture, creative writing and thoughtful design.
Through immersive storytelling, selective publishing and meaningful objects, we cultivate connections between artists, writers, independent makers and discerning audiences.
Pendour engages with the voices quietly shaping today’s cultural landscape to link people, place and positivity whilst inspiring conscious living.

We envision a world where visual culture, the appreciation of art, the direction of slow travel and the advantages of sustainable living come together as a way of life – a lifestyle connecting human ingenuity and a sense of place in pursuit of creativity.
Meet the Team
Linda Bell
Based between Plymouth UK and London with a background in organising bespoke weddings and events, Linda Bell has been lucky enough to pursue her passion for contemporary art through working in a gallery and as an assistant for several artists. These opportunities enabled her to previously live in St Ives, Cornwall; Berlin, Germany; and Aix-en-Provence, France and she has also travelled extensively throughout America, Europe and beyond to India, China and the Middle East.
Linda Bell is looking forward to sharing her favourite books with you alongside an abundance of art and travel posts!
